Orange Soufflés in Orange Cups (Guest Post on Indian Simmer)

Orange
You all follow the blog, Indian Simmer, right? It's a site written and photographed by the incredibly talented Prerna, and one which I've been a great fan of ever since I saw this post. If you haven't seen it yet, I suggest you check it out right away. Between the delectable photos, creative Indian-centric recipes, and inviting descriptions, I wouldn't be surprised if you get sucked in for at least a good hour 8). Just don't say I didn't warn ya!

As much as I adore Prerna and her site, I do have a sneakier motive for sending you over today. You see, Prerna is on a well-deserved vacation right now and asked me to blog-sit this week in her absence! Thus I'm sharing a guest post today featuring a treat that combines my fondness for fresh citrus fruit with my obsession with cute ways to serve food. Please head over to Indian Simmer to read more about my orange souffles! You can also go straight to the printable recipe here. Thanks, Prerna, for inviting me into your beautiful virtual home!

  18. I love love love citrus desserts. And generally people who are big on citrus desserts are not lovers of chocolate. I love citrus, nuts, chocolate any which kind of dessert. You get the picture? I can live for desserts. Souffle probably is high on that list and in cute orange cups like this? Love it! Headed to check out the recipe
